I was interviewed by “OpenToHope” which is a powerful podcast dedicated to helping people heal from loss. With over 7 million listeners, I was excited to talk about how music heals the heart and the spirit.  I was able to give a brief personal story of what I refer to as ‘The Lost Decade’ and how alternative medicine and music brought me back to my own life.
